I want to declare the loss of my monthly parking card or to cancel my card.
You can declare the loss of your card by sending an email at customerservice@cityzen.com.gr or by phone at 213 0 600 000
How can I re-activate my monthly parking card, after not using it the previous period?
In case your card has been cancelled, you can re-activate it :
a) By submitting a claim at https://cityzenparking.com/parking_request/new.
b) At the automated payment system, by pressing the Information button and referring your card number and your claim to re-activate it.
I am facing a problem during the entry in the parking area. How can I contact you?
Choose one of the following options:
a) press the button “information” at the automated ticket machine in the entry or exit or at the automated payment system.
b) Contact the 24h hour customer service for all parking areas: 213 0 600 000 or email at customerservice@cityzen.com.gr
How can I change the information regarding my vehicle or add a new vehicle to my monthly parking card?
For replacing or adding a new vehicle to your card you must send a claim at sp@cityzen.com.gr
Is it possible to receive an invoice for monthly parking?
Yes, you should send your claim at te@cityzen.com.gr
How can I pay my monthly parking? Can I pay it online?
The payment options of monthly parking are:
a) At automated payment system, inside the parking area. The payment can be made in cash or with credit card (visa / debit)
