“You first!” two words, placed next to our name and our corporate communication, which precisely reflect and declare this choice we have made.

Driven by the needs, requirements, expectations, and high satisfaction index of our customers, our key priority is quality of service, covering all actions taken before, during and after the service provided, across an extensive range of services.

The course to achieving this goal passes through the continuing training, development and awareness raising of our company’s human resources. To achieve the high quality standards of our services, we implement a quality control system certified in accordance with standard ISO 9001: 2015.

At the same time, we implement a comprehensive system for compliance with Health and Safety regulations, for Cityzen’s employees. This system fulfills the requirements of ISO 45001: 2018.

All this, by implementing practices consistent with our constantly upgraded and controlled Environmental Protection Policy, certified with the Environmental Management System standard ISO 14001: 2015.

The security information we manage, is of the outmost importance for Cityzen and for this reason we follow the security system of information management according to ISO 27001: 2013. Also, aiming at the safety of our customers and staff , as well as at the improvement of our company, that affects and being affected by road safety (movement of customers and vehicles), we implement a road safety management system according to the ISO 39001: 2012. 

Finally, it is worth mentioning that Cityzen follows the Global Parking Industry developments through its membership in the National Parking Association.
