CITYZEN PARTICIPATES AT NATIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK FOR THE 6TH YEAR IN A ROW!

Every year, the institution of National Customer Service Week is, for us at Cityzen, an opportunity to promote the concept of Customer Service by offering our customers, free of charge, services and products that make urban mobility hassle-free.
This is the 6th year in a row that we participate with actions to reward our customers! Every day, on Cityzen social media (Facebook, Instagram), we run competitions aimed at promoting the sustainable mobility, the conscious choice for road safety and the proper vehicle maintenance.
Our giveaway prizes are:

In addition, during National Customer Service Week, we are reminding all our customers to give us their feedback on the customer service they receive by using our car park rating devices (NPS) or by completing our customer satisfaction survey, through our application, Cityzen App.
