UPDATE ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

We inform you that in the context of the survey you will start, we will process your personal data in the following way.

 

What data do we collect about you?


All your personal data included in the form you will fill out.

 

Who is the Controller and who processes your data?


The Controller is the company “Cityzen Parking&Services”, based at 294 Kifisias Avenue & 1 Tzouna, Athens.
The company TYPEFORM, S.L., based in Spain, Calle de Pallars 108 (Aticco), 08018 – Barcelona provides us with the platform through which your data is processed and acts as the processor for this data. Typeform is bound by confidentiality obligations and conditions for the processing of personal data.

 

For what purpose and on what legal basis do we process your data?


To conduct our survey, in the context of the European Mobility Week, in order to collect data on the habits and opinions of electric vehicle drivers.
To reward you by providing you with offers if you participate in the survey.
The survey statistics, which will not include any personal data, may be published by Cityzen in appropriate media (e.g. website, social media, press release, etc.)
To provide you with content that may be of interest to you (eg our news, offers, competition entry).
For all of the above we rely on your consent, which you can freely give us. Please note that for subscribing to our newsletter, a separate consent is required in relation to that for participation in the survey.

 

How long and where do we keep your data?


We retain your data until you withdraw your consent or ask us to delete it.
Your data will be kept in an infrastructure of TYPEFORM SL in Spain.

 

What rights do you have?


You can ask us to:

Provide you with a copy of the personal data we hold about you
To correct some data if they are incorrect
To delete your data
To stop processing your data
To limit their processing to certain uses
Send your data to another company or entity 
Withdraw your consent

 

How can you claim your rights?

We will respond to you within 30 days of receiving your request.

If you believe that the protection of your personal data has been violated, you can file a complaint with the national Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (www.dpa.gr).
